01Terms & conditions
Orders are confirmed only after product availability and payment verification. Product colour and texture may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and screen settings. By proceeding with the invoice, you agree to our Exchange-Only Policy, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
02Privacy policy
We collect the details you submit, such as your name, phone number, email and delivery information, to respond to enquiries, process orders and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal obligations.
03Exchanges & refunds
We offer a 48-hour exchange policy from delivery for manufacturing defects, sizing issues, an incorrect product or fulfilment damage. You may exchange your item for the same piece or for a product of equal or higher value, subject to verification by Belford Clothing.
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final, and every piece is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure your Belford piece is perfect.
04Exchange conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging with the gold seal and tags intact. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any eligible exchange. Items are subject to inspection and approval by Belford Clothing.
05Shipping & delivery
Shipping is dispatched after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the courier and destination. Any courier or delivery delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
06Payments & fraud prevention
Payment is accepted only through the method provided by Belford Clothing, including our official QR code. For UPI payments, verify that the recipient name is Sabita Thakur, matching the proprietor's name, before paying. If it does not match, do not pay and report the issue immediately.
Belford Clothing reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders involving suspected fraud or payment irregularities.
